Also, the Rose Bowl needs to be told to go pound sand. They initially refused to be part of the BCS so the BCS went on without them. When they found that they were irrelevant in the naming of a college football champion they joined the BCS and worked out a way to maintain their game and be a part of the process. They can do the same this time around.

If the G5 goes joins the SEC and ND in determining the CFP expansion then they will become even more irrelevant because guaranteeing 6 conference champions with the next 6 highest ranked teams will likely still only get them 1 team in the playoff.
